Jami Duffy leads youth-arts innovation and equity through her role as Executive Director of Youth on Record, a Denver-based nonprofit focused on creative youth development, music ecosystems, and giving voice to underserved young people. 

She joined the organization in 2009, spearheaded a multi-million-dollar capital campaign to create a youth-media studio, and oversaw remarkable growth in program reach, staff size, and community impact. 

Beyond her organizational leadership, Jami is a visual artist and advocate for social justice, appointed to the Denver Cultural Affairs Commission and engaged in national conversations about arts, youth policy and equity.
