Conor Hall is the Director of the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office, where he leads statewide efforts to strengthen Colorado’s outdoor economy, support workforce pathways, and protect the natural environments that shape community life. His work spans policy, economic development, and collaboration with business leaders, nonprofits, and youth focused programs across the state.

Before joining OREC, Conor served in senior roles in conservation, state government, and strategic communications. He is also a longtime mentor and advocate for young people facing serious illness through his involvement with First Descents. Conor brings a commitment to equity, community wellbeing, and real access to the outdoors for every child.
