Amanda J. Precourt

Amanda J. Precourt is a real estate developer, designer, and philanthropist whose work blends creative vision, adaptive reuse, and community centered design. She leads AJP Realty and Design and is the founder of the Cookie Factory Denver, a vibrant arts and community space created through the transformation of a historic industrial building.
Her philanthropic work spans mental health advocacy, behavioral health support, and youth wellness. Amanda has spoken openly about her own experiences with anxiety and depression in order to reduce stigma and expand access to care. She has supported multiple health and arts organizations across Colorado, focusing on environments that elevate creativity, safety, and belonging.
Amanda brings warmth, candor, and a deeply human centered perspective to all youth related initiatives, with a strong belief in resilience as a shared community resource.
